About Me
My path ran from Andersen Consulting and Accenture to Google in Mountain View, then a decade in the Gulf. I built RAKBank's enterprise architecture practice from the ground up, then led group-wide architecture and information security at Al-Futtaim in Dubai. Today I hold architectural custodianship of a provincial land title system: the legal record beneath an entire property market.
My security thinking builds on the de-perimeterisation arguments made by The Open Group's Jericho Forum in the 2000s โ years before the industry settled on the name Zero Trust.
Across all of it, one conviction: governance is the accelerant. The guardrails are what let institutions move quickly on systems they cannot afford to get wrong.
